I’m back, I was gone last week, binged a bit :(, but didn’t gain any weight, didn’t lose any either. Anyways, today I’m back and ready to kick my big ass butt to getting into shape.
Day 15: Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
I have considered it, turning vegetarian…but I just don’t think that will happen, I like dairy products and meat!

120, I don’t really have an expected goal date, i just hope it’s somewhere in around a year. I don’t know if I’ll want it though, I’ll try it and if I like what I see well I’ll do my best to stay there but I think I would be pretty satisfied with 130.
